By using the gogo-Expenses app (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Service is provided by gogoDataSolutions.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. Coordinators are responsible for the lawful use of the app by their group members.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the app for legitimate expense recording only.
• You will not upload inappropriate content or abuse system resources (e.g., excessive images or fake users).
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the app.

Limitations

gogoDataSolutions may impose fair usage limits, including limits on storage and active users per coordinator, to prevent abuse.

Data

You grant us permission to store and process data you enter into the app. All data is stored in Firebase and governed by our Privacy Notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or suspected misuse.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
