Yes. gogo-Expenses is designed to run on any browser on any device. It will also be available on the Apple AppStore later in 2025.
Use gogo-Expenses to capture and approve expenses. Use your own bank account to make payments. For team members that are likely to submit multiple expense reports, we recommend you set up a payee on your bank system. This reduces handling of bank details which is good for data security and also saves you time.
gogo-Expenses is primarily available in the UK, US and Europe. The reporting currency options are GBP, USD and Euro. The bank account formats are UK, US and IBAN.
This helps your team identify your group. It’s possible for people to provide expenses for multiple groups, so they need to know which one is yours.
This is the default currency for the Group. Note: currently, expenses can only be captured in the Reporting Currency, so if the expense is incurred in a different currency, it will need to be manually converted to the Reporting Currency when being entered.

Categories are things like Travel, Food, Gifts, Entertainment. They help you group your expenses.
Also known as mileage claims. If your group allows claims when you travel using your own vehicle, you can enter a Distance claim. You specify the number of miles or kilometres travelled, the group’s rate/mile or rate/km is then applied. Note that if there is no rate specified for the group, then this option is disabled for when adding an expense.
If your team members have use of a company card, you can use gogo-Expenses to capture details of the expense. These won’t be added to the amount requiring reimbursement, but it’s there for your information.
gogo-Expenses uses the latest industry standard data security features to protect data. Deposit Account Details can only be viewed by its owner and the coordinator(s) for the Group. All access and changes to the data are logged, and a real-time access log is available to the data owner via gogo-Expenses.
